SUMMARY
Bids shall be accepted from qualified licensed general contractors to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, tools, permitting, safety measures and all other necessary incidentals for synthetic turf replacement at Tequesta Trace Park, located at 600 Indian Trace, Weston, FL 33326.
Scope of work includes the removal and disposal of existing artificial turf; removal and disposal of shock/drain pads in select areas; removal and disposal of intruded roots identified by the CITY; furnish material, as needed, and rework the subbase and base rock to proper grade including repairs to drain pipe; furnish and install shock/drain pads in select areas; and furnish and install artificial turf and natural infill per project plans and specifications.
