SUMMARY

The City of Town and Country is seeking a private or public entity to provide probation supervision services for defendants in the City's Municipal Court. Proposals must address rates charged to defendants and fees, and include supervision of defendants, monitoring arrests, ensuring completion of program conditions, payment of fines, restitution and fees, and compliance with the Municipal Judge's directives.
