SUMMARY
The City of Titusville intends to enter into a non-exclusive agreement with multiple qualified licensed electrical contractors to provide comprehensive Citywide Electrician Services on an as-needed basis.
The Contractor shall furnish permitting, labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, testing instruments, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform electrical installation, maintenance, repair, upgrade, and emergency services across multiple City departments and infrastructure. Orders will be issued on an as-required basis with exact quantities undetermined. All electrical maintenance services shall be performed during standard business hours between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless approved by the City. The City will not pay for travel time, fuel charges, or door-to-door service charges, and hourly rates commence upon arrival at the jobsite. The submission deadline is November 4, 2026.
