SUMMARY
The City of Prescott is seeking qualified contractors for the Transfer Station Pavement Improvements Phase 2 project located at 2800 Sundog Ranch Road, Prescott, Arizona, under CIP No. 2407-001. The work generally consists of the removal of aged asphalt pavement and reconstructing with new base material and asphalt pavement structural sections in Zones 4 and 7, including the installation of approximately 160 linear feet of new sewer main for future conversion to a gravity flow system. Project activities involve roadway excavation, subgrade preparation, aggregate base course, asphalt concrete paving, curb and gutter, sidewalk, pavement markings, and storm water pollution prevention (SWPPP). Bids are due by 2:00 p.m. on March 6, 2025, with a mandatory pre-bid conference scheduled for February 20, 2025, at the City of Prescott Public Works Department. A proposal guarantee of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price is required, and bidders must hold an A-General Engineering contractor license in the State of Arizona.
