SUMMARY
The City of Prescott, Arizona, invites Statement of Qualifications from qualified Contractor/Teams to provide pre-construction design phase assistance and complete construction services for the Hangar Development Program Construction Project at Prescott Regional Airport. The estimated construction cost is between $5.6M and $6.0M, with initial Phase I estimated between $1.15M and $1.35M, anticipated to be funded by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) through Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) Airport Infrastructure Grants (AIG). The project includes constructing a 4-unit hangar building approximately 14,880 sq ft, an 8,600 sq ft wash rack facility, AC pavement taxiway improvements, utilities, and supporting infrastructure. The selection process is a two-step qualifications-based selection including a cost value element.
