SUMMARY

The City of Pontiac is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQual) to prequalify Design-Build teams for the Neighborhood Mini Parks project. This is the first phase of a two-step selection process; shortlisted firms will later receive a Request for Proposals (RFP). The selected team will be responsible for all park designs and prioritizing construction based on available funding. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled via Microsoft Teams (Meeting ID: 271 354 663 302). Statements of Qualifications are due by March 28, 2025, at 2:00 pm.
