SUMMARY
The City of Oakland, Department of Transportation (OakDOT), Major Projects Division is seeking professional service providers to provide construction management support services (CMSS), including special inspection, material testing and environmental monitoring services, for the construction of Embarcadero West Rail Safety Project - Phase 1 (OVR/Market and Oak) (City Project #1007091). The CMSS Consultant Team will be required on a full-time basis, providing a California licensed Professional Civil Engineer (PE) to act as Resident Engineer (RE). Services cover pre-construction, construction, project close-out, and post-construction phases of capital infrastructure projects. Submission deadline is October 1, 2026.
