SUMMARY

The City of Nassau Bay is soliciting sealed bids for the NASA Parkway Palm Tree Replacement project (Bid No. 2022-04). The scope of work includes the removal of twenty-six (26) existing root balls and the installation of twenty-six (26) new Medjool Date Palms in the NASA Parkway median between Point Lookout Drive and Upper Bay Road. The contract includes all necessary labor, materials, and equipment. Bidders must provide a bid security (cashier's check or bid bond) of at least 5% of the maximum bid price.
