SUMMARY
The City of Mission Viejo Public Works Department is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to assist in the update of the City's Pavement Management Program (PMP). The project includes a field survey/inspection of arterial streets, updating the pavement management system database, entering maintenance data, preparing draft and final reports conforming to OCTA requirements, developing a seven-year capital improvement program strategy, and preparing a comprehensive binder of program reports.
