SUMMARY

The City of McHenry is soliciting bids for the 2023 Dartmoor Drive Resurfacing Project (NON-MFT). The scope of work encompasses 1.08 miles (5,705 ft) of improvements including 3.5-inch asphalt grinding/HMA pavement removal, preparation of aggregate base, 3.75-inch bituminous paving (HMA binder and surface courses), ADA sidewalk ramp installation, bridge deck membrane installation on the Boone Creek bridge, and landscape restoration. The project is located on Dartmoor Drive from Farmstead Drive to Curran Road and from the Boone Creek bridge to W Crystal Lake Road. A mandatory 'Notification of Intent to Bid' form must be submitted by February 20, 2023, at 3:30 PM. Sealed proposals are due by 10:00 AM on February 23, 2023. The project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and requires a 5% proposal bid bond. Completion is required within 40 working days from the Notice to Proceed.
