SUMMARY
The City of Lawrence is soliciting bids for the Holcom Flood Mitigation & Water Quality Project (MS8-A23001). The base bid scope includes removing and replacing existing cross-road storm sewer pipes, street base repair for asphaltic overlay, stormwater curb inlet structure replacement, sidewalk, curb and gutter replacement, erosion control, and site finishing.
