SUMMARY

The City of Kirkwood is requesting sealed bids for Dougherty Water Main Replacement for the City's Water Department, in accordance with the specifications contained herein. There will be an optional Pre-Bid meeting on September 29, 2026 at 9:00 AM in the lower level conference room at Kirkwood City Hall, at 139 S. Kirkwood Road. Sealed bids, subject to the terms and conditions of this request, will be received electronically until 2:00 PM CT, October 8, 2026.
