Milwaukee County seeks a Supplier to provide debt collection and State of Wisconsin Department of Revenue Tax Refund Intercept Program (TRIP) processing for debts resulting from court-ordered judgments, tickets, and other fines and fees. Milwaukee County intends to award a two year contract with two optional two year renewals to the winning Offeror, for a total contract term of no more than six years.
