SUMMARY

The City of Glendale Water & Power Department (GWP) is seeking proposals from qualified professional consulting firms to provide on-call water resources, engineering, project management, construction management, and inspection services in support of GWP's water utility programs and infrastructure. Services will support potable and recycled water infrastructure, transmission and distribution pipelines, treatment facilities, reservoirs, pump stations, water supply reliability, water treatment and water quality, infrastructure planning and design, regulatory compliance, capital project delivery, and construction inspection. The submission deadline is October 5, 2026, at 12:00 pm Pacific Time. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by September 21, 2026, to Graciela Zapata at [email protected].
