SUMMARY
The City of Fort Morgan is seeking Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) and Proposals (RFP) from qualified individuals and/or firms for Legal Services as the City Prosecutor. The services include prosecuting cases in Municipal Court, communicating with various city officials and defendants, performing professional legal work, attending meetings, and identifying/recommending ordinances. The selected attorney or firm will establish an ongoing contractual relationship to ensure high quality, timely, and cost-effective legal services.

Proposals are subject to official inspection. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, postpone or cancel the solicitation, waive irregularities, and determine the criteria and process whereby proposals are evaluated.
