SUMMARY
The City of Destin is soliciting sealed competitive proposals for the restoration of Clement Taylor Park, a 3.39-acre parcel located at 131 Calhoun Ave. The project scope involves the demolition of existing bathrooms, playgrounds, walkways, and parking lots, followed by the construction of a new pavilion, gazebo, bathroom facility, and playground. Additional work includes parking and sidewalk improvements, ADA-compliant walkways and ramps, potable and sanitary sewer service lines, board-for-board replacement of pier portions, and final site grading and stabilization.
