SUMMARY
Sealed competitive proposals are requested for the construction of four (4) pickleball courts (Phase 1, Phase 1A, and Phase 1B) located at 4100 Indian Bayou Trail. The project includes clearing and grubbing, construction of pickleball courts, stormwater improvements, a restroom facility, pedestrian paths, temporary gravel parking, and two shade structures. Court lighting has been descoped.
