SUMMARY

Provide professional architectural services for the design contract from notice to proceed until project close-out for an administration building and operation center for the Corpus Christi Solid Waste Department. The facility will replace the existing site at 2525 Hygeia Street and provide offices, meeting space, filing and storage areas, and employee lockers for 170 staff.
