SUMMARY
The City of Callaway is soliciting bids for the West Cherry Street Sidewalks Construction Project (Solicitation Number CM2025-04). The project consists of constructing approximately 0.50 miles of ADA-compliant, six-foot wide concrete pedestrian sidewalk along the northern ROW of West Cherry Street from North Bob Little Road to Tyndall Parkway. Work includes drainage, flexible pavement, sidewalk construction, crosswalk striping, detectable warnings, signage, landscaping, and pedestrian handrails. This project is coordinated with FDOT through a Local Agency Program (LAP) agreement. Bidders must be FDOT certified and prequalified in Drainage (7), Flexible Pavement (10), and Sidewalk (40). A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 1, 2025, at the Callaway Arts & Conference Center. Bids are due by October 20, 2025.
