SUMMARY
The City of Callaway, FL is distributing this request for proposals to identify the institution that can provide the City with a taxable, fixed rate, term loan secured by certain water and sewer gross revenues collected within the Sandy Creek Utilities, Inc. certificated service area, as described herein, at the lowest overall borrowing cost and terms most favorable to the City, pursuant to certain conditions as determined by the City in an amount not to exceed $750,000. The financing will be a private placement to be held by the bank and the City is not preparing any disclosure information.
