The City of Blue Springs is seeking the services of a professional firm to facilitate and develop a 5-10-year Strategic Plan. The plan will involve evaluating the organization and community, developing a future vision, and ensuring City strategies align with Council priorities.

EVALUATION CRITERIA

Respondent's understanding of the assignment, proposed methodology, experience and past performance with similar projects, familiarity with the City of Blue Springs and Kansas City metropolitan area, adequacy of project personnel, quality of written documents submitted, and references.
