SUMMARY
The City of Black Hawk is soliciting sealed bids for a reroofing project covering City Hall and two Water Treatment Plant buildings. The scope of work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, transportation, and services required for the reroofing and all related work. Bids must be submitted on a Lump Sum basis. A mandatory pre-bid walk-thru is scheduled for September 27, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. at the Public Works Facility. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond each equal to 100% of the contract price.
