SUMMARY
Bulloch County is soliciting sealed bids from GDOT Prequalified Contractors for the FY26-CP-E10 Hightower Road & Josh Smith Road Dirt Road Paving Project. The scope of work includes clearing and grubbing, utility coordination and relocation, grading, earthwork, drainage, subgrade construction, graded aggregate base construction, and asphalt paving.
