SUMMARY
Brunswick County is soliciting sealed proposals for the removal and disposal of lime residuals generated at the Brunswick County 211 Water Treatment Plant. The residuals are a byproduct of the lime softening process and are classified as "Beneficial Fill". The scope of work includes removing and disposing of these residuals from the WTP site to maintain stockpiles at or below one drying bed's worth of sludge.
