SUMMARY
The County of Riverside is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the leasing of existing space in the City of Jurupa Valley. The space will be used as a medical clinic and requires tenant improvements. The desired occupancy date is six to nine months subject to approval of a lease and negotiation and construction of tenant improvements, with a desired County occupancy on or before June 1, 2025.
