SUMMARY
This RFP is for the leasing of existing space in the City of Lake Elsinore, including tenant improvements, to be leased to the County of Riverside for use by the Riverside University Health System (RUHS). The desired occupancy date is six to nine months subject to approval of a lease and negotiation and construction of tenant improvements, with desired occupancy on or before June 1, 2025.
