SUMMARY

Riverside County Information Technology (RCIT) is soliciting bids for the build-out of telecommunications rooms TR-1A and TR-1B located at 1995 Market St, Riverside. The scope of work for the General Contractor includes the installation of two standalone redundant environmental control systems (HVAC) capable of maintaining 18-24 degrees Celsius, 3/4" AC grade fire-rated plywood wall lining, electrical sub-panels, and dedicated 120V/208V emergency circuits with NEMA 6-30R outlets. The RCIT cabling contractor will be responsible for installing 2-post universal racks, vertical cable managers, and overhead ladder runways. The project also includes a fiber and copper riser plan involving new 24-strand SM fiber, 12-strand OM3/4 MM fiber, and 50-pair copper cables connecting to the MPOE. All work must comply with the provided technical specifications and equipment floor plans dated April 2025.
