SUMMARY

Arkansas State University is seeking qualified fire watch personnel and related services for buildings and facilities located on a college campus. Fire watch services are intended to protect life safety, property, and continuity of operations whenever fire protection systems are impaired, or conditions exist that require more continuous monitoring for fire hazards. Services are generally on-call for emergencies with little warning; the company must have the ability to have 2 personnel on-site within 8 hours of a request and sustain operations for up to 10 consecutive days. Proposals are due by October 15, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. CST. The initial contract term is for five years with options for two one-year extensions.
