SUMMARY
The Passaic County Improvement Authority is seeking qualifications for Legal Counsel - General Operations. This includes representation, contract review, advice on projects and financings, and general advice. EVALUATION CRITERIA
Licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey for a minimum of five (5) years; Representation and experience with governmental entities and laws applicable to governmental entities for a minimum of five (5) years; Have a multi-disciplinary law practice in the area of civil matters for a minimum of five (5) years; and Knowledge of the Authority and its operations.
REQUIRED DELIVERABLES
One (1) copy and one (1) digital copy (USB drive) of responses evidencing qualifications, along with any other information the firm desires the Authority consider, and a proposed contract for professional services.
