Aurora Pursues Wells Stagecoach Title Transfer Agreement

The Village of Aurora is pursuing Wells' obligation under a 2024 Memorandum of Understanding to transfer title of the stagecoaches to the Village. Wells disputed the transfer unless the Village revises the campus zoning district, and the mayor will consult village counsel.
