Tyler Junior College Dual Credit MOU for 2026-2027

Tyler Junior College and the School District enter into a Memorandum of Understanding for August 31, 2026 through August 31, 2027 to operate a dual credit program as an off-campus instructional site. The agreement defines academic, financial, facilities, and data-sharing responsibilities, including tuition at or below the State FAST reimbursement rate and reimbursement to TJC when it provides faculty. The MOU may be renewed annually by mutual agreement and includes termination and teach-out provisions.

MOU is effective through August 31, 2027 and will be reviewed annually; parties may mutually agree to renew for successive one-year terms. Either party may terminate during any fiscal year by written notice no later than the first business day in November, with termination effective at the end of the fall semester after student teach-out provisions are met. Agreement may also terminate upon non-appropriation of funds or loss of legislative or institutional funding as described in the commitment of current revenues clause.
