County to Enter Tobacco Enforcement Grant Agreement

St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office plans to enter a grant agreement with the Maryland Department of Health for $25,000 to support the Tobacco Enforcement Initiative to Support Synar Compliance for FY 2025-2026. Funding will support random, unannounced tobacco outlet inspections and enforcement activities aimed at reducing youth access to tobacco.
