MSA continues until terminated; SOW services commence within 10 business days of the Effective Date or the stated schedule, whichever is later. Annual AMS subscription is billed at the start of each service year, and Snowflake future annual consumption fees are invoiced on each one-year anniversary of the contract signature date. Labor rates increase by 1.5% on the anniversary of the date the contracts were signed.
