Renewal

Agreement renews automatically for one year commencing on the first day of enrollment and from year to year thereafter unless Catasauqua Area School District receives written notice at least 30 days before the upcoming school term that the student has been disenrolled. Catasauqua must provide notice of any rate increase at least 60 days before the upcoming school term.
