LICENSE

Perpetual license to Licensed Materials; drafting milestones within 2 years of Template Access Date for bylaws and policies and 1 year thereafter for administrative guidelines; Update Service and digital publishing fees billed on annual/bi-annual and ongoing basis; Agreement void if not executed within 90 days of presentation

Update Service and digital publishing are structured as ongoing annual subscriptions, with the annual digital publishing fee currently $795 and the annual Update Service cost $3,540, each increasing 3% annually unless a larger increase is noticed 30 days in advance. The Board intends to annually renew the Update Service to keep materials current; access to updates and the digital publishing platform ends at annual renewal if payments are not current or the agreement is terminated.
