Effective March 31, 2026; remains in force until terminated by either party per MOU termination provisions

Renewal

MOU continues in effect until terminated. PSD may terminate with 30 days’ signed written notice; DES may terminate with 60 days’ signed written notice but not with an effective date during an uncompleted academic semester without PSD’s written consent. The parties may also terminate jointly via a signed termination addendum. Upon termination, all program components may be removed and retained by DES unless otherwise specified.
