Contract automatically renews for successive 12-month periods unless either party gives at least 60 days’ written notice of non-renewal before the end of the then-current term. During the initial term, termination for convenience is not allowed; post-initial term, either party may terminate during any renewal term with at least 90 days’ written notice.
