Initial Service Term runs July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 with FTE billing beginning September 1, 2026. Client may not cancel the FTE service line during the first 90 days of the Service Term; thereafter FTE service lines may be canceled with 60 days’ written notice and are billed pro-rated through the effective cancellation date. Fee rates automatically increase at the beginning of any Renewal Term by at least 5% or CPI change, though Client is not obligated to agree to renewal.
