Effective while associated Order Forms under the Master Services Agreement are in effect (initial Order Form term July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027)

The Master Services Agreement remains in effect as long as one or more Order Forms are active, with no fixed end date for the overarching MSA. Either party may terminate without cause only after the first three months of services under an Order Form, with 60 days’ written notice, or for cause with a 30-day cure period (immediate for certain confidentiality or data security breaches). Certain obligations such as confidentiality, non-solicitation, indemnification, and payment survive termination.
