Imperial County Transportation Commission Awards Transportation Contract to Yuma County Intergovernmental Public Transportation Authority (ycipta) (June 2026)

The Imperial County Transportation Commission approved the eleventh extension of its MOU with the Yuma County Intergovernmental Public Transportation Authority to continue YCAT Turquoise Route #10 and Blue Route #5 service between Yuma, Winterhaven, El Centro, and eastern Imperial County. ICTC will provide a subsidy not to exceed $259,924.95 for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
