ICTC approved the eleventh extension to its MOU with the Yuma County Intergovernmental Public Transportation Authority for continued operation of the YCAT Turquoise #10 and Blue #5 routes linking Yuma, Winterhaven, eastern Imperial County, and El Centro. The agreement is effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 with a not-to-exceed subsidy of $259,924.95 shared with the Quechan Tribe.
