County Considers Debt Collection Agreement With SCAC

Greenwood County Council will consider Resolution 2026-29 to approve an MOU and agreement with the South Carolina Association of Counties. The agreement would authorize SCAC to serve as the county's claimant agent for debt collection under the Setoff Debt Collection Act and the Governmental Enterprise Accounts Receivable Program.
