Initial subscription term of forty-eight (48) months; automatic one-year renewals thereafter unless canceled with at least 60 days’ notice

Initial 48‑month subscription term beginning on the date of last signature on the Order Form, followed by automatic one-year renewals unless the County or ImageTrend provides at least 60 days’ written notice prior to the end of a Subscription Term. Recurring fees may increase annually by up to 5% after the first year. Any increase above the $561,178.28 appropriation limit or extension beyond stated terms requires a further written amendment executed by both parties.
