CTIO plans Amtrak operating role for Joint Service

Description
CTIO intends to contract with Amtrak to operate the Denver–Fort Collins joint passenger rail service, supplying crews, compliant equipment, and statutory passenger liability insurance. Amtrak will indemnify BNSF under their national agreement and assume responsibility for passenger and certain third-party claims associated with joint service operations.
