Pennoyer School District 79 entered into a three-year Student Data Privacy Agreement with Epic Kids Inc. effective May 10, 2026 to govern the use and protection of student data for Epic reading services. The agreement incorporates Illinois SOPPA requirements and defines Epic Kids as a school official under FERPA for purposes of providing digital learning services.

Base DPA term is three years from 2026-05-10. Exhibit E’s General Offer to other LEAs expires three years from the original DPA signature.
