Epic! executed a General Offer of Privacy Terms on May 8, 2026, allowing other Illinois school districts to adopt the same student data privacy protections established with Pennoyer School District 79. Subscribing LEAs must enter their own service agreements, while the General Offer standardizes privacy obligations for Epic’s educational services.

Renewal Info
The General Offer of Privacy Terms can be withdrawn by epic! after three years from the original DPA signature or upon material changes in privacy statutes or services. As clarified in Exhibit G, the offered DPA terms remain in effect for each subscribing LEA while services are provided or until terminated for material breach or by mutual written consent after service termination.
