Renewal
Agreement commences August 26, 2026 and is eligible for renewal on a yearly basis pursuant to Washington State OSPI requirements. Either party may terminate for convenience; Everett Public Schools must provide 30 days written notice, and the contract also terminates automatically upon funding lapse or reduction. Renton School District may terminate without cause subject to the notice provisions referenced in Section III.
