Renewal Info

Tenant may extend the Initial Option Period for nine (9) additional months upon written notice and payment of an additional $1,000 before the option expires. After lease commencement, Tenant has the option to extend the Initial Term for nine (9) successive five-year Renewal Terms, each beginning automatically unless Tenant gives at least 30 days' written notice of non-renewal before the end of the current term. Holdover tenancy converts to month-to-month at 120% of the last monthly rent.
