The Town of Fort Mill is considering a fourth amendment to its Development Agreement with The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Hospital Authority to incorporate 10.9861 acres of newly annexed land, update the conceptual master plan, and extend the development schedule and agreement term. The amendment also formalizes CMHA’s commitment to construct a connector trail segment supporting the Carolina Thread Trail on its property while keeping existing entitlements unchanged.
