Renewal

Agreement has an Initial Term of ten years from the Effective Date and automatically renews for successive one-year Additional Terms if the customer is in compliance with the Agreement and District Rules and Regulations. Use of water in excess of the Exhibit C instantaneous GPM limits (other than fire suppression) is grounds for termination and non-renewal.
